Actually this video was a hoax. It was not an official Sprite Commercial. Anyways, beeing German I rather do not believe this would have been banned from German TV. Probably it would have been shown only after 10 pm.
By the way, the video you embedded here is not working anymore. The sissy Sprite guys made YouTube take it down. Here it is still on.
